Challenge

Our goal was to create a photorealistic architectural 3D model and a high definition render of a single-family house located in a housing development in the city suburbs.

Strategy

To achieve the most realistic results, our team decided to use Autodesk Revit to draft the architectural and construction drawings. Then, our team of 3D modelers used Autodesk 3ds max to create a scaled 3D model of the house. Finally, we used V-ray to add realistic materials, textures, to the house’s final Render. Our post-production team added the last touches in color and lighting with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom..

Approach

Our client requested us to elaborate on the concept of an organic house with a wood pergola and front garden. Our specialized team of architects drafted the house’s 2D architectural and construction drawings in Autodesk Revit. These same drawings were used by our 3D modeling team to create a 3D model in Autodesk 3ds Max. Once we reviewed our 3D model, we proceded to add textures, colors, and lighting and performed a high definition render in V-ray.

The Process

We follow a structured end-to-end process that ensures the best results for our clients.
